Refunds

If you do not like the plugin, ask and you get your money back. You can ask for a refund at any time, with no time limit. You do not need to give a reason.

The free 14-day trial is the whole plugin, so the easiest way to know whether it is for you is to try it before you pay.

How to ask

Email [email protected] from the address you bought with, or include your license key so we can find the purchase. That is all we need. Never send card details: we do not need them and never see them.

What happens next

• We refund the full amount, including any tax charged, through Stripe to the card or account you paid with. Your bank usually shows it within 5 to 10 business days.
• Refunding revokes the license. The key can no longer be activated, and installed copies stop working the next time they check in with us.
• Your account stays. If you buy again later, you get a new key.

Disputes and chargebacks

Please write to us before disputing a charge with your bank. A refund from us is quicker than a dispute and gets you the same money back. A dispute revokes the license in the same way a refund does.
