The tone
Bassonic Wizard's tone comes from a chain: a compressor pedal, a drive pedal, a tube preamp and a run of studio plugins. The Wizard's Rig puts all of this in one plugin.
Thick, saturated bass for doom, stoner rock, sludge and metal, with a clean, round low end. Ideal for sitting under downtuned guitars and cutting in heavier mixes.
Load it and play. His presets get you there fast, and the two orbs take it from clean and round to fully crushed.

Same take, same playing, on a loop. Switch between them while it runs.
Two parallel effect chain "orbs", a five band EQ, and input / output meters. Every control is a part of Bassonic Wizard's go-to signal chain.

The squeeze and warmth of his pedals, and how much clean, round low end sits under the grit.

The crushed, old-school grit on top. Switch it off to hear the clean low end alone.

Input and output VU meters that read the true level. The purple band shows where to hit your hardest notes for the best gain-staging.

Shape the tone of your bass. Save the settings your favorite plugin settings as presets of your own.

Once, to start the trial or to activate your license key. After that your license works offline for good. The plugin checks in by itself whenever the computer happens to be online, but it never needs to, so a studio machine that stays offline is fine.
Try gain staging your bass to the plugin first- set the input fader so your hardest notes hit in the purple band on the input meter. If it still isn't for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and you'll get one, less a $4 processing fee.
